Service Advisor – Main Dealer | Liverpool | £28,000 + Bonus

About the Role

We’re working with a well-established franchised main dealer in Liverpool that is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers and handling service enquiries
• Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs
• Communicating with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle
• Liaising with the workshop and parts department
• Upselling service plans, repairs, and additional work
• Ensuring manufacturer and dealership standards are consistently met

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with dealership systems such as Kerridge, CDK, or Pinnacle
• A proactive, positive attitude and a team player mentality

Location

This role is based in Liverpool and is easily commutable from Birkenhead, Bootle, Prescot, St Helens, Wirral, and surrounding areas in Merseyside.
