We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join a prestige main dealer in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and professional Service Manager with a strong track record of success in the motor trade to lead a large aftersales team within a premium dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive service department.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive aftersales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, budgets, and processes to meet manufacturer standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in a main dealer or prestige automotive environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
• Stable career history with evidence of achieving departmental targets.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware, and process-driven.
• Prestige or premium brand experience is highly desirable.
