Lead Technician – Fleet & Equipment
$100,000 BMD + relocation package (flights, accommodation)
Full-time, permanent position
Bermuda
MUST HAVES
Fully qualified HGV Technician
Proven experience working on forklifts and hi-lifts
Comfortable working on electric vehicles and electric-powered equipment
Ability to weld to a good standard
Experience working on warehouse equipment and machinery
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead position is desirable
C&B Recruitment are currently working with a well-established company based in Bermuda who are looking to appoint an experienced Lead Technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of their diverse fleet and warehouse equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional looking to relocate and take on a senior, hands-on role within a stable and well-respected business.

Varied workload across fleet, plant and warehouse equipment
The Role
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of approximately 50 trucks, including refrigeration and AC systems
Diagnosing faults across diesel, gas and electric vehicles and equipment
Carrying out hands-on repairs as well as leading from the front
Managing and supporting two technicians within the workshop
Overseeing workshop operations including paint shop activities
Maintaining forklifts, hi-lifts and various warehouse rolling equipment
Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards
Supporting the business with preventative maintenance and minimising downtime
This role would ideally suit a skilled HGV Technician with additional experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, who is confident working across a wide range of vehicles and equipment and is looking to take the next step into a leadership position overseas.
