Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ main dealer experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager
Experience managing teams of 15+ staff
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to drive performance and profitability
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a main dealer in Manchester. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving performance across service and parts operations.
Leading a large team, you’ll manage performance, coach and develop staff, and ensure all processes meet manufacturer standards and KPIs. You will monitor labour efficiency, control costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
