Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an Aftersales, Service or Parts management role
Strong knowledge of service and parts operations
Experience within an independent dealership environment
Hands-on, organised and customer-focused approach
Strong leadership and team management skills
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established independent dealership in Southport. The business operates a busy service and parts department alongside a 6-bay workshop, offering a stable and long-term career opportunity.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day aftersales operations, managing workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction and parts control. Leading a small team, you’ll ensure high operational standards, strong customer service levels and smooth departmental performance across service and parts.
