Aftersales Manager – Colne
Salary: Basic £40,000, OTE £61,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior service leadership role
Strong people management, coaching and performance management skills
Experience managing service processes within the motor trade
Ability to work to manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction KPIs
Strong commercial awareness with understanding of labour sales and efficiency
Knowledge of HSO, Health & Safety and GDPR compliance
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a main dealer in Colne. You will be responsible for overseeing all service operations, ensuring excellent customer service and driving performance across the aftersales department.
The role involves managing all service processes, coaching and developing the service team, and recruiting in line with organisational and manufacturer requirements. You will monitor labour efficiency, labour sales and cost controls, maximise commercial opportunities through targeted service campaigns and analyse customer needs and competitor activity.
You’ll promote strong collaboration across departments, champion group culture and ensure all processes meet HSO, Health & Safety and GDPR requirements, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards at all times.
