About the Role
Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle Leasing
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 basic, OTE £90,000+ (Uncapped)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Client: Commercial Vehicle Leasing Company
Location: UK – Field / Office Based (Head Office: Preston)

Key Requirements:
Proven background in sales and business development
Experience achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets
Commercial vehicle, fleet or leasing experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and account management skills
Ability to develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Highly organised with strong CRM management skills
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join a growing commercial vehicle leasing business. The role will suit someone with a strong sales and business development background, ideally within commercial vehicles, who is confident building long-term relationships and driving new business.
You will be responsible for securing both long and short-term truck and trailer leasing rentals, delivering against agreed sales targets and activity plans, and building a strong pipeline across the full product range. A key part of the role will be maintaining high fleet utilisation levels and keeping the CRM system accurately updated to reflect activity, opportunities and pipeline progress.
