Vehicle Technician – Main Dealer, Leeds

Salary: £30,000 – £41,000 (DOE)
OTE: Circa £46,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday mornings required)
Training: Ongoing manufacturer training and development

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a respected main dealer in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established automotive group that values quality, professionalism, and career growth.

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards, ensuring every customer vehicle leaves the workshop in top condition. You’ll also have access to ongoing manufacturer training to keep your skills up to date with the latest technology and diagnostic equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicles

• Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently using diagnostic equipment

• Work to manufacturer and dealership standards at all times

• Maintain accurate records of work carried out

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and vehicle care

About You

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a main dealer or reputable independent workshop

• Confident in diagnostics, fault finding, and repair work

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Team player with a proactive and positive approach
