Salary: £39,000 Basic (£49,000+ OTE)
Hours: Monday – Friday (Saturday Mornings on a Rota)

Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealer
Proven track record of improving workshop performance and efficiency
Stable career history within the automotive industry
Strong leadership, planning and organisational skills
Ability to manage workloads within a busy workshop environment
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a prestige main dealer in Stockport. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the workshop, ensuring work is allocated effectively and completed to the required manufacturer and dealership standards.
Working closely with the service team and technicians, you’ll manage workshop loading, monitor productivity and support the department in achieving its performance, efficiency and profitability targets. You will also help maintain strong communication between the workshop and service reception, ensuring customers are kept informed and agreed completion times are achieved.
