Bodyshop Manager

This candidate is a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager with more than 20 years working within accident repair and automotive bodyshop environments. Having progressed from estimator and shop floor positions into senior management roles, they bring a strong combination of operational leadership, technical understanding and customer service expertise.

Their experience includes full responsibility for bodyshop profitability, workshop operations and team management within busy accident repair centres. They have successfully managed large productive teams alongside support staff while maintaining high repair quality standards, strong workflow efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction performance.

Operationally strong and highly organised, they are experienced overseeing workshop scheduling, final quality checks, payroll responsibilities, staff efficiency monitoring and day-to-day bodyshop performance. They are also confident supervising front-of-house operations and handling customer interactions professionally to maintain strong CSI standards and repeat business.

Alongside bodyshop management experience, they also have extensive estimating and VDA knowledge, including advanced Audatex training and manufacturer-approved estimating accreditations. Their technical understanding of repair methods, estimating systems and manufacturer standards allows them to support both workshop and front-end operations effectively.
