They are confident managing full dealership accounts, including preparation of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and manufacturer composite submissions. Their experience includes working to tight reporting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and manufacturer requirements.

Commercially aware, they regularly produce variance analysis, manage cashflow forecasting and oversee stock and goodwill reporting to support business decision-making. They are also experienced in VAT returns, audit preparation and intercompany accounting, ensuring financial processes run smoothly across multiple sites.

In addition to their technical accounting ability, they have experience overseeing junior team members and supporting wider finance functions, demonstrating strong organisational and leadership capability.
