Their career has been built around improving dealership performance, increasing profitability and developing high-performing teams across multi-franchise automotive operations.
They bring extensive experience leading all areas of dealership operations, including Sales, Aftersales, Parts, Finance and Administration, while maintaining full P&L accountability. Throughout their career, they have consistently delivered business transformation projects, turning underperforming dealerships into profitable, customer-focused operations through strong leadership, accountability and strategic planning.
A major strength is their ability to drive commercial performance whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels. They have a proven track record of improving revenue, strengthening margins and increasing operational efficiency through effective KPI management, forecasting and process improvement initiatives.
