This candidate is a fully qualified Level 3 Panel Beater with more than 14 years of experience within accident repair and commercial vehicle bodyshop environments. They have developed extensive knowledge across panel repair, MET work and structural repair procedures while consistently maintaining high efficiency levels within busy bodyshops.
Their experience includes repairing both cars and commercial vehicles, carrying out everything from strip and refit work through to major structural repairs, welding, chassis work and full cab rebuilds. They are highly confident using manufacturer repair methods and have experience working with a range of prestige and manufacturer-approved repair standards.
Technically, they are experienced with panel replacement, jig work, welding, panel bonding, plastic repairs and aluminium repair techniques. They also bring additional skills in MET and light diagnostics, allowing them to manage jobs from initial strip down through to final rebuild and quality control.
Alongside their technical ability, they are known for their strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
