They are confident using systems such as Kerridge and Keyloop on a daily basis, alongside parts catalogues and VHC platforms including RTC. Their responsibilities include processing goods inwards, checking deliveries, managing stock accuracy and supporting technicians with correct parts identification to maintain workshop productivity.

Customer service is a key strength, with regular interaction both face-to-face and over the phone. They handle enquiries professionally, ensuring the correct parts are sourced and ordered efficiently while maintaining a high standard of communication throughout.

Organised and detail-focused, they manage stock control, back orders and inventory effectively, helping to minimise delays and keep workshop operations running smoothly.
