Technician
This candidate is a skilled Vehicle Technician with strong experience in diagnostics, servicing and electrical fault finding, particularly within Jaguar Land Rover environments. They are comfortable working with modern manufacturer systems and diagnostic platforms and have built solid technical knowledge around complex vehicle systems, including electric and hybrid technology.
Their day-to-day work includes advanced fault diagnosis using manufacturer tools such as Topix Cloud, SDD and Pathfinder, alongside routine servicing and mechanical repairs. They have developed a methodical approach to identifying faults, completing repairs accurately and communicating effectively with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently.
Alongside their technical experience, they are committed to ongoing learning and development. They are continuing to expand their diagnostic knowledge and have a long-term ambition to progress into a Workshop Control or supervisory position once they have further strengthened their technical and operational experience.
Reliable, hardworking and proactive, they are used to working independently as well as within a team environment and take pride in delivering quality workmanship while maintaining productivity within busy workshops.

Advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding

Full UK driving licence
