Currently working as an AEVT Technician / Diagnostic Technician with a main dealer since 2020, having progressed from apprentice level within the business
Responsible for servicing, maintenance and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards
Carries out mechanical and electrical diagnostics using specialist equipment
Completes engine repairs and more advanced diagnostic work independently
Undertakes PDI and preparation work ensuring vehicles meet required standards
Experienced in suspension, brake maintenance and general mechanical repairs
Works on high voltage systems, including diagnostics and repair
Completed brand-specific training including powertrain diagnostics, EVT, AEVT and ongoing advanced diagnostics training
Education
GCSEs including Maths, English Language, English Literature, Science, Computer Science, Design & Technology and Geography
