Key Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ main dealer experience
Minimum 5 years’ Service Manager or Aftersales Manager experience
Proven experience managing a large aftersales or service department
Strong leadership and people management skills
Stable career history within the automotive industry
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a well-established main dealer in Liverpool. You will be responsible for leading and managing a busy service department of approximately 20–25 members of staff, ensuring strong operational performance, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Working closely with the wider dealership management team, you’ll oversee day-to-day service operations, coach and develop the team, monitor labour efficiency and departmental KPIs, and ensure manufacturer standards are consistently achieved. You will also be responsible for driving performance, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and overall aftersales profitability.
With a strong basic salary, £61,000+ OTE, company car scheme and excellent benefits, this role offers a senior management opportunity with long-term career progression within the motor trade.
