We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to join a well-established and successful automotive business based in the Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Bodyshop professional looking to take the next step in their career while enjoying an incredible lifestyle change.

This position will involve managing a busy Bodyshop operation with a team of approximately 10 staff, ensuring high standards of repair quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Requirements

Previous experience managing a Bodyshop operation is essential
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to manage productivity and workshop performance
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability and willingness to relocate to the Caribbean
Strong knowledge of Bodyshop processes and repair procedures

The Role

Managing a team of approximately 10 Bodyshop staff
Overseeing day-to-day Bodyshop operations
Ensuring repairs are completed to high manufacturer and company standards
Managing productivity, efficiency, and workshop performance
Supporting and developing the existing team
Monitoring quality control and customer satisfaction
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
Working closely with senior management to drive performance and profitability
