Warranty Administrator – Liverpool
Salary: £32,000+ Basic, Plus Overtime and Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)

Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within a main dealer is essential
Proven track record of processing automotive warranty claims accurately
Stable career history within the motor trade
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Good knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a well-established main dealer in Liverpool. You will be responsible for preparing, processing and submitting warranty claims accurately, ensuring all work complies with manufacturer requirements and agreed timescales.
Working closely with the service department, workshop and manufacturer representatives, you’ll check job cards and supporting documents, monitor outstanding claims and resolve any rejected or queried submissions. You will also maintain accurate records and help ensure the dealership recovers all warranty income it is entitled to.
With Monday to Friday hours, no weekend working and flexibility around start and finish times, this role offers an excellent work-life balance alongside overtime, bonus opportunities and long-term career progression.
