About the Role
Service Advisor – Manchester
Salary: £30,000 – £32,250 Basic / £40,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday / 1-in-4 Saturdays
Client: Prestige Main Dealer
Location: Manchester

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ main dealer experience as a Service Advisor
Experience using Kerridge system
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy service desk and multiple customer requirements
Stable career history within the automotive industry
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a prestige main dealer in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing customer bookings, keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Working within a professional aftersales department, you’ll liaise closely with customers, technicians and the workshop team, advise on servicing and repair requirements, and ensure all work is accurately recorded using the Kerridge system. You will also support additional work opportunities while maintaining manufacturer standards and delivering a professional customer experience.
With a strong basic salary, £40,000+ OTE, excellent company benefits and only 1-in-4 Saturdays, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term career progression within a prestige automotive environment.
