Key Requirements:
Minimum two years’ demonstrable success as a Dealer Principal, Head of Business or General Manager
Senior sales management experience within the motor trade
At least ten years’ experience within the retail motor sector
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Proven ability to drive sales performance and profitability
Full UK driving licence

The Role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Head of Business to join a main dealer operation in Cheshire. The initial objective will be to drive the dealership back to strong profitability by increasing new and used vehicle sales performance, achieving brand targets and delivering against agreed budgets.

You will provide clear leadership to the dealership team, ensuring objectives and expectations are understood at all levels. The role requires close collaboration with senior group management, overseeing sales, aftersales and financial performance, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with FCA and Health & Safety regulations.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will ensure that franchise standards, KPIs and operating procedures are met, while identifying opportunities to improve performance, market penetration and overall profitability. This is a senior-level position requiring strong commercial awareness, decisive leadership and the ability to perform in a results-driven automotive retail environment.
