About the Role
LCV Technician – Blackburn
Salary: £36,500 - £44,500
Hours: Day shift – Monday to Friday, 06:30 – 15:00, rotating weekly to 10:00 – 18:30
Optional half-day Saturday mornings paid at time and a half
Location: Blackburn

Key Requirements:
Qualified LCV Technician or equivalent (NVQ Level 3 or similar)
Experience working on light commercial vehicles within the motor trade
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with excellent attention to detail
Full UK driving licence (light commercial or HGV licence beneficial)
Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing training
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LCV Technician to join a respected commercial vehicle dealership in Blackburn. You’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within set timescales.
Working within a modern and supportive workshop environment, you’ll perform diagnostics using manufacturer equipment, maintain accurate service records, and follow company procedures. Regular manufacturer training will be provided to help you stay up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and continue developing your skills.
