Sales Manager – Northwich
Salary: £35,000 - £55,000
Client: Main Dealer
Location: Northwich
Hours: Permanent / Full-Time
C&B Recruitment are working with a main dealer in Northwich who are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a successful sales department within a well-established dealership. The role would suit someone currently working as a Sales Manager, Business Manager, or Retail Manager within the motor trade who is looking for a new challenge.

Key requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a franchised main dealer
Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on performance and results
Excellent understanding of the automotive sales process
Ability to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Full UK driving licence
The role
Managing and motivating the sales team to achieve new and used car sales targets
Developing sales strategies and implementing effective processes
Maintaining stock control and supporting the sales team to maximise profitability
Ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the sales journey
Working closely with other departments to deliver dealership objectives
