About the Role
Sales Manager – Leeds
Salary: Circa £45,000 basic, OTE £65,000+
Hours: 5 day week including weekends on rota
Location: Leeds

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Ability to manage new and used car sales operations
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
You’ll oversee the sales department, leading a team of Sales Executives to achieve volume and profitability targets. You’ll drive performance through effective management, customer satisfaction, and team development while maintaining the highest dealership standards.
