About the Role
Assistant Centre Manager – Leeds
Salary: Circa £35,000 basic, £40,000 OTE
Hours: 5 days out of 7 (Saturdays included, with a day off in the week)
Location: Leeds

Key Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
Experience working on the tools in a workshop environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently with customers and suppliers
Leadership potential with good organisational and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
You’ll work hands-on as a Technician while supporting the Centre Manager with day-to-day operations. You’ll assist with workshop management, customer relations, and supplier coordination, ensuring a smooth workflow when the Manager is away. This role is ideal for a qualified Technician looking to step into a leadership position while staying involved with the technical side of the job.
