About the Role
Automotive Technical Claims Specialist – Qualified Vehicle Technician - Bradford/Remote
Salary: £31,000 – £33,000, Monday to Friday
Location: West Yorkshire with hybrid and home working available

Key requirements
You must be a Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician holding a City and Guilds Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technicians with strong experience will also be considered.
Previous experience working in a motor trade or vehicle technical environment is essential.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic knowledge across engines and vehicle systems.
Good customer service skills and the confidence to communicate with dealerships and manufacturers.
Comfortable using IT systems and handling technical claims.

The role

Handling vehicle technical claims and telephone enquiries from dealerships, customers and end users.
Using your technical knowledge to authorise claims for engine repairs, mechanical breakdowns, parts and labour.
Negotiating labour rates and repair costs, including high value claims.
Liaising with major motor manufacturers including JLR, Bentley, Aston Martin and Renault.
Providing clear technical advice and support while ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
This role starts with full time office based training in West Yorkshire, followed by the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis once training is completed.
