Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using CRM systems such as Kerridge would be beneficial
Ability to manage a busy service desk environment
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy main dealer in Manchester (Trafford). You will be responsible for managing service bookings, communicating effectively with customers and ensuring a smooth service process from start to finish.
Working within a professional aftersales department, you will liaise between customers and the workshop, keep customers updated on vehicle progress and advise on additional repair work where required. This role offers strong long-term stability, ongoing training and the opportunity to progress within the automotive industry.
