About the Role
Service Advisor – Leeds
Salary: Circa £31,000 basic (negotiable), plus £6,000 bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota
Location: Leeds

Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
You’ll be the link between customers and the workshop, providing clear updates and accurate information throughout the repair process. You’ll handle bookings, prepare job cards, and manage invoices while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
