Key Requirements:
Experience completing warranty claims within a main dealer
Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within a main dealer
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Ability to manage warranty processes and customer communication
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warranty / Service Advisor to join a main dealer in St Helens. You will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring all submissions are accurate and compliant with manufacturer standards, while also supporting the service desk where required.
Working within a busy aftersales department, you’ll liaise with customers, the workshop and manufacturers, process warranty claims efficiently and ensure all documentation is completed correctly. This role offers a mix of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities, providing long-term stability within the automotive sector.
