Aftersales / Service Manager
This candidate is a highly experienced Aftersales and Service Manager who has progressed from an apprentice technician into senior aftersales leadership. They bring a very hands-on, operational approach and are comfortable running large, high-volume service departments with full responsibility for people, performance and profitability.
They have extensive experience managing sizeable teams, workshop capacity and departmental KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, CSI and CVA performance. Known for their ability to coach teams, tighten processes and maintain strong customer retention, they operate confidently in fast-paced main dealer environments while keeping firm control of standards and compliance.
