About Profile

This candidate is a highly experienced automotive Group Warranty Manager with more than 20 years working across warranty administration, aftersales operations and multi-site dealership environments within the motor trade. Their background combines strong technical warranty knowledge with excellent process management, audit control and operational support experience across multiple automotive franchises.

Currently operating within a Group Warranty Manager role, they are responsible for overseeing warranty processes across multiple franchised dealership sites while ensuring all claims, audits and manufacturer procedures are completed accurately and compliantly. Their experience includes controlling factory audits, resolving claim issues and supporting aftersales departments to maintain high warranty standards across the group.

A major strength is their extensive multi-site and multi-franchise warranty management experience. Throughout their career they have worked closely with Service Managers, Workshop Controllers, Service Advisors and Technicians to improve processes, maximise labour recovery and ensure all warranty claims meet strict manufacturer audit standards.

They are highly experienced carrying out internal self-audits, implementing process improvements and reporting directly into senior aftersales leadership teams regarding performance, compliance and operational improvements. Their strong attention to detail and structured approach have consistently helped improve department efficiency and reduce warranty exposure across busy dealership operations.

Alongside strong warranty knowledge, they also bring excellent administration and IT capability including extensive experience with Kerridge, Microsoft Excel and database management systems. Their stable career history and long-standing success within dealership aftersales environments demonstrate professionalism, reliability and excellent operational understanding.

Professional, organised and highly process-driven, they are now looking for a long-term Warranty Manager opportunity within a progressive automotive group where they can continue supporting operational excellence and warranty compliance across aftersales departments.
