About Profile
Combining manufacturer Master Technician status with Level 4 electric vehicle qualifications, this candidate brings advanced diagnostic knowledge and eight years’ experience with the same main dealer employer. Their progression through Service Technician, Senior Technician and Master Technician training reflects a strong commitment to developing their technical skills.
Their experience covers complex mechanical and electrical fault finding, high-voltage system maintenance and repair, and hybrid and electric vehicle battery systems. They use manufacturer diagnostic equipment and software to investigate faults, supported by customer road tests and detailed technical reporting when further manufacturer assistance is required.
Alongside diagnostic work, they carry out servicing, repairs and MOT testing and hold F-Gas certification. They also support hybrid workshop operations, organise daily workloads and work closely with service reception and management to keep repairs progressing and ensure technical information is communicated clearly.
Quality control is an important part of their approach. They complete thorough checks on finished work, focusing on accurate diagnosis, safe repairs and resolving customer concerns correctly first time. Their combination of hands-on technical experience and workshop coordination would suit a dealership needing support with both complex repairs and daily workshop activity.
