About Profile

This candidate is a highly experienced automotive Group Warranty Manager with more than 20 years working across warranty administration, aftersales operations and multi-site dealership environments within the motor trade. Their background combines extensive manufacturer warranty knowledge with strong process management, audit control and operational leadership across multi-franchise automotive groups.

Currently operating within a Group Warranty Manager role, they oversee warranty operations across multiple dealership sites, ensuring all claims, processes and manufacturer standards are maintained accurately and compliantly. Their experience includes controlling factory audits, resolving warranty claim issues and working closely with aftersales leadership teams to improve operational efficiency and warranty performance across the group.

A major strength is their detailed understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures and audit standards. Throughout their career they have worked closely with Service Managers, Workshop Controllers, Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure claims are processed correctly, labour recovery is maximised and all departments maintain strong audit compliance.

They are highly experienced carrying out self-audits across multiple sites, reporting directly into Group Aftersales leadership and implementing process improvements designed to strengthen operational performance and reduce warranty exposure. Their analytical and highly organised approach has consistently helped improve departmental standards and efficiency within busy dealership operations.

Alongside their operational expertise, they also bring strong IT and administrative skills including extensive experience with Kerridge, Microsoft Excel and dealership database management systems. Their stable career history and long-standing success within automotive aftersales environments demonstrate professionalism, reliability and strong industry knowledge.

Professional, process-driven and highly motivated, they are now looking for a long-term Warranty Manager opportunity within a progressive automotive business where they can continue supporting aftersales performance and operational compliance.
