Currently operating within a Group Warranty Manager role, they oversee warranty operations across multiple dealership sites, ensuring all claims, processes and manufacturer standards are maintained accurately and compliantly. Their experience includes controlling factory audits, resolving warranty claim issues and working closely with aftersales leadership teams to improve operational efficiency and warranty performance across the group.

A major strength is their detailed understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures and audit standards. Throughout their career they have worked closely with Service Managers, Workshop Controllers, Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure claims are processed correctly, labour recovery is maximised and all departments maintain strong audit compliance.

Alongside their operational expertise, they also bring strong IT and administrative skills including extensive experience with Kerridge, Microsoft Excel and dealership database management systems.
