About Profile

This candidate is a highly experienced automotive Warranty Administrator and Parts Adviser with more than 20 years’ experience working within busy main dealer aftersales environments. Their background combines strong warranty administration knowledge with excellent parts department experience and a detailed understanding of the complete aftersales process within the motor trade.

Currently working within a split Warranty Administrator and Parts Adviser role, they are responsible for processing manufacturer warranty claims, monitoring outstanding payments and ensuring all claims are completed accurately in line with manufacturer standards. Their experience includes managing returned claims, reconciling self-billing statements and controlling warranty parts processes to maintain full audit compliance.

A major strength is their ability to work across multiple areas of the aftersales department. Alongside warranty processing, they also support workshop operations, technician liaison and parts department activity including customer enquiries, stock handling and parts identification for vehicle repairs.

They are highly experienced reviewing technician write-ups, identifying errors before submission and ensuring claims are processed correctly first time to minimise aged debt and maximise successful claim recovery. Their detailed understanding of the invoice cycle and manufacturer procedures allows them to maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy within busy dealership operations.

Customer-focused and highly organised, they also bring strong experience supporting service reception, handling customer queries and assisting with daily department operations when management support is required. Their stable career history and extensive main dealer background demonstrate professionalism, reliability and excellent all-round aftersales knowledge.

Professional, adaptable and process-driven, they are now looking for a long-term Warranty Administrator opportunity within a professional automotive business closer to home.
