About Profile

This candidate is an experienced automotive Warranty Administrator with a strong background across commercial vehicle aftersales, warranty processing and service administration within busy motor trade environments. Their experience combines excellent organisational ability with strong customer service skills and a detailed understanding of warranty and invoicing processes within HGV dealership operations.

Currently working within a commercial vehicle dealership environment, they are responsible for processing warranty and repair & maintenance claims, reconciling claim payments and handling customer invoice queries while supporting the wider aftersales operation. Their role also includes assisting service reception, booking in vehicles and supporting workshop administration to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

A major strength is their broad understanding of both warranty administration and workshop support functions. Alongside processing claims and invoicing, they regularly assist Workshop Controllers with repair estimates, checking job cards and reviewing technician write-ups prior to costing, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the repair process.

They are highly experienced working with dealership systems including Pinnacle, Kerridge and manufacturer-specific platforms while also bringing strong IT and administration capability across Microsoft Office systems. Their accounting qualifications and previous accounts administration experience provide an additional strength around reconciliation, accuracy and financial processes.

Professional, reliable and highly organised, they have built a stable career within the motor trade and pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high administrative standards. They are now looking for a long-term Warranty Administrator opportunity closer to home within a professional automotive or commercial vehicle business.
