About the Role
HGV Technician Supervisor – Widnes
Salary: £44,800 – £48,800 Basic + Bonus
Hours: 4 Day Week – Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
Client: Commercial Main Dealer
Location: Widnes

Key Requirements:
City & Guilds qualification or equivalent to NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of HGV maintenance and repair
Proven ability to lead and support a team of technicians
Stable career history within the commercial vehicle industry
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician Supervisor to join a commercial main dealer in Widnes. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop, supervising technicians and helping ensure all servicing, maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Working closely with the workshop management team, you’ll assist with allocating work, monitoring productivity and maintaining high technical standards across the department. You will also provide hands-on technical support where required, help develop the technician team and ensure vehicles are completed within agreed timescales.
