HGV Technician – Manchester
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000
Hours: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, split shift (alternating each week)
6.00am – 2.30pm / 1.30pm – 10.00pm
Location: Manchester

Key Requirements:
Qualified HGV Technician or equivalent (NVQ Level 3 or similar)
Experience working within the commercial vehicle or HGV sector
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work efficiently across both early and late shifts
Full UK driving licence (HGV licence preferred but not essential)
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician to join a respected commercial vehicle main dealer in Manchester. You’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing, inspections, and repairs to a high standard across a wide range of heavy goods vehicles.
Working within a modern, well-equipped workshop, you’ll ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with manufacturer standards. You’ll also have access to regular manufacturer training and opportunities to progress within a professional team environment. Overtime is available and paid at time and a half, allowing you to boost your earnings.
