About the Role
Parts Advisor – Ellesmere Port
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000
Client: Luxury Main Dealer
Location: Ellesmere Port
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:30 – 12:30 (paid as overtime)

Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Knowledge of vehicle parts and manufacturer systems
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a luxury main dealer in Ellesmere Port. You’ll be responsible for providing parts support to both the workshop and retail customers, ensuring efficient stock management and exceptional customer service.
You’ll handle incoming enquiries, source and order parts, and maintain accurate records within manufacturer systems. Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the dealership’s parts operation.
