Key Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ experience working as a Parts Advisor
Minimum 5 years’ main dealer experience
Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and processes
Stable career history within the motor trade
Excellent organisational and customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a prestige main dealer in Stockport. You will be responsible for supporting both the workshop and customers with accurate parts identification, ordering and stock control, while ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Working within a busy parts department, you’ll source and supply parts efficiently, manage stock levels, process orders and work closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure parts are available when required. You will also help maintain department performance, accuracy and profitability while delivering excellent customer service.
