We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Manager to join a successful and well-established automotive business based in the Caribbean. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive Parts professional looking for an exciting new challenge and the chance to enjoy an incredible lifestyle change overseas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full Parts department operation, ensuring strong stock control, excellent customer service, and efficient day-to-day running of the department.

Key Requirements
Previous experience managing an automotive Parts department is essential
Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations and stock control
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability and willingness to relocate to the Caribbean
The Role
Managing the day-to-day running of the Parts department
Leading and supporting the Parts team (approx 8)
Maintaining strong stock control and inventory management
Ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained
Monitoring department performance and profitability
Managing supplier relationships and ordering processes
Ensuring efficient parts supply to the workshop operation
Driving department efficiency and continuous improvement
