Hours: Average 5 day week | 1-in-2 Saturdays

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in an automotive sales management role within a main dealer
Strong leadership and people development skills
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability
Customer-focused and compliance-driven approach
Ability to motivate and drive a high-performing sales team
Full UK driving licence

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join a prestige main dealer in Liverpool. You will be responsible for leading the sales department, driving performance across new and used vehicle sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Working within a premium dealership environment, you’ll manage and develop the sales team, monitor performance against targets and implement strategies to maximise profitability and sales opportunities. You will ensure all processes are completed in line with compliance and manufacturer standards while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and team development.

With a strong basic salary, excellent OTE potential and the opportunity to earn in excess of £100,000, this role offers outstanding long-term earning potential and career progression within the automotive sector.
