C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join a highly successful and growing automotive business based in the Harrogate area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader within the motor trade or automotive finance sector to step into a key management role, driving performance, developing people, and delivering outstanding results.
This business has a strong reputation for customer service and industry expertise, they are now looking to strengthen their leadership team.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Automotive Sales Management or Motor Trade Management
Strong background within a main dealer environment is highly desirable
Excellent people management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Solid understanding of vehicle finance products including PCP, HP and lending structures
Track record of driving sales performance, KPIs and revenue growth
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The Role
Managing, coaching and developing a team of automotive sales executives and finance specialists
Driving performance through clear targets, KPIs and structured sales processes
Supporting the team with complex deals and finance structuring
Ensuring a high level of customer experience and compliance at all times
Working closely with senior management to implement sales strategies and growth plans
Monitoring performance, reporting on results and identifying areas for improvement
Leading from the front with a hands-on approach to sales and team development
This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager, Business Manager, Transaction Manager looking to progress within Automotive Recruitment, Motor Trade Jobs or Automotive Finance Jobs. It would also suit a General Manager or Dealer Principal looking to step away from the main dealer network.
