Service Advisor – Northwich
Package: £30,000 - £41,000
Hours: Full-time, permanent
Location: Northwich

Key Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Confident using dealer management systems
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers throughout their service journey, providing clear communication and excellent customer care from booking to collection. You’ll work closely with technicians and parts staff to ensure a smooth workflow within the workshop, keeping customers informed and maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times.
