Key Requirements:
Previous experience managing a team of Service Advisors
Main dealer experience is essential
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to drive customer service and departmental performance
Stable career history within the automotive industry
Full UK driving licence
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Team Manager to join a prestige main dealer in Stockport. You will be responsible for leading the front-of-house service operation and managing a team of approximately 6–8 Service Advisors, ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and departmental performance.
Working closely with the Aftersales and Workshop teams, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the service desk, manage workloads, coach and develop the Service Advisor team, and ensure customers receive clear and professional communication throughout their vehicle’s journey.
You will also monitor team performance, customer satisfaction and key service KPIs, helping to maintain manufacturer standards while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
