Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ main dealer experience as a Service Advisor
Experience and knowledge of Kerridge system
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy service desk environment
Full UK driving licence

The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a main dealer in Southport. You will be responsible for managing customer bookings, providing clear communication throughout the service process and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working within a professional aftersales department, you’ll liaise between customers and the workshop, advise on service and repair work, and support the smooth running of the service desk.
