About the Role

Service Advisor – Wakefield

Salary:Circa £31,000 basic (negotiable), plus £6,000 bonus
Hours:
40 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota
Location:
Wakefield

Key Requirements:
Previous Service Advisor experience essential
Excellent communication and customer care skills
Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
Full UK driving licence

The Role:
You’ll assist customers with service bookings, keep them updated throughout their visit, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard. You’ll also support the aftersales team with administration and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
