About the Role
Warranty Administrator – Greater Manchester
Salary: £35,000 Basic + Bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Warranty Administrator
Previous experience within a main dealer is essential
Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures and processes
Stable career history within the automotive industry
Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
Ability to manage claims accurately and within manufacturer deadlines
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join a well-established main dealer in Greater Manchester. You will be responsible for preparing, processing and submitting warranty claims accurately, ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and agreed procedures.
Working closely with the service department, workshop and manufacturer representatives, you’ll review job cards and supporting documentation, monitor outstanding claims and resolve any queried or rejected submissions. You will also maintain accurate warranty records and help ensure the dealership recovers all income due for completed warranty work.
With a Monday to Friday working pattern, no weekends and full ongoing manufacturer training, this role offers excellent work-life balance alongside strong long-term career progression within the motor trade.
