They are confident managing stock, ordering parts, processing deliveries and supplying technicians directly over the counter. Alongside workshop support, they have experience dealing with trade and account customers, walk-in retail customers and logistics coordination. Their background includes working independently during night shifts, giving them strong problem-solving skills and a good understanding of how to run a parts department efficiently.
They are familiar with multiple dealer systems and parts catalogues, including Kerridge, and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments where accuracy and organisation are key.

Salary Expectations
£28,500+ basic salary plus bonus
