About Profile

This candidate is an experienced automotive Sales Administrator with a strong background supporting both new and used vehicle sales operations within busy main dealer environments. Their experience combines excellent organisational ability with strong administration skills and a proven track record managing high-volume workloads accurately and efficiently within fast-paced dealership operations.

Currently working within a Sales Administration Coordinator role, they are responsible for producing vehicle invoices, setting up guarantees and policies and supporting sales teams with smooth vehicle transfers and documentation management. Their role involves prioritising multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and supporting overall dealership efficiency.

A major strength is their broad automotive administration experience across several dealership groups and manufacturer environments. Throughout their career they have supported new and used vehicle departments with invoicing, vehicle licensing, warranty and policy setup, workshop coordination and stock administration while ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

They are highly experienced communicating across multiple departments and dealership sites to coordinate paperwork, workshop preparation and vehicle transfers efficiently. Their ability to manage backlogs, organise large workloads and maintain high standards under pressure has helped them build a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism within automotive retail environments.

Alongside dealership administration experience, they also bring excellent IT and systems knowledge including Kerridge, Pinnacle, Salesforce, Trello and various CRM and dealer management systems. Their organised and proactive approach allows them to support busy sales teams while maintaining excellent attention to detail and customer service standards.
