Alongside core sales administration duties, they work closely with Area Sales Managers to provide proactive support, manage delivery pipelines and minimise interest charges through consistent progress chasing. They are also experienced in liaising with manufacturers, third-party suppliers and logistics providers to coordinate nationwide deliveries efficiently.

In addition, they have contributed to CRM improvement, website updates and social media activity, supporting wider business development and brand presence.
